Should people be concerned about the timing of the Rapture?
There are at least three different versions of the Rapture of Christ’s Church. Most of the conversely is about the timing of the sudden removal of God’s people from the Earth. They will in the blink of an eye (one second) rise up and join Jesus in the air.

Some movies show this happening with people disappearing and leaving their clothes behind. This results in cars, trucks and planes crashing without anyone there to stop them and of course this would be scary for anyone left behind to witness the chaos.

Will it occur before, during, or after the tribulation period? Several different opinions exist amongst fundamentalist and evangelical Christians. Fortunately, when you believe the rapture will occur has no bearing on your salvation if you are saved.

The Rapture could happen before the tribulation just like in the movies “Left Behind” and people that are still here could turn to Jesus and be saved. After all God loves every one of us and wants to save us.

Why take a chance on something so important? Accept Jesus Now!

Lots of information here. http://home.flash.net/~venzor/controversies.htm

Some people may wait around thinking they can accept Jesus later if something does happen. This is not safe. When Jesus returns it’s called the second coming and once that happens it’s over. Besides the tribulation is a tough seven years from what I understand about it. The time to accept Jesus Christ is now!

Accept Jesus Now!

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

If you decided to repent of your sins and receive Christ today, welcome to God’s family. Now, as a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment.

Get baptized as commanded by Christ.
Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.
Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.
Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus.
Develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.
Find a local church where you can worship God.
